FAQ
Questions about our campaign agency services
Clear answers about what PitchNexus offers, how we work with Singapore businesses, and what falls outside our scope as a marketing agency partner.
Is PitchNexus an investor pitch-deck or fundraising advisory firm?
No. PitchNexus is a Singapore marketing agency specialising in go-to-market and campaign marketing for brands and businesses. The word "pitch" in our name refers to pitching your brand, products and campaigns to your market and to customers — the market pitch, the launch narrative and the integrated campaign story delivered through digital marketing, content marketing, paid media and social media marketing channels. We do not provide investor pitch-deck advisory, venture-capital fundraising support, or any services related to securing investment or guaranteed funding. We are not a financial advisory firm and we do not guarantee ROI, lead volume, revenue or sales outcomes from any campaign we plan or manage. If you need help presenting to investors or raising capital, you should engage a qualified financial or fundraising advisor — that is outside our professional scope as a marketing agency.
Who are your typical clients?
We work with Singapore SMEs, growth-stage brands, regional enterprises and in-house marketing teams that need structured campaign delivery. Common scenarios include product launches, market entry into Singapore, new-business pitch enablement for sales teams, and ongoing digital marketing with transparent performance reporting. Our client portfolio spans B2B technology, professional services, consumer brands and education — anywhere campaign planning, creative production and paid media must align under a clear launch cadence.
Which industries do you serve?
PitchNexus serves clients across sectors where brand strategy, campaign planning and channel rollout matter — technology, professional services, consumer goods, hospitality, health and education. We do not specialise in crypto trading funnels, MLM schemes, get-rich-quick courses or life coaching. Our focus remains professional marketing agency services with honest disclaimers about performance outcomes.
What is the minimum engagement size?
Our smallest standalone engagement is the brand audit half-day at approximately S$2,800. Programme packages start from S$6,500 for new-business pitch positioning. Monthly agency retainer relationships typically begin at S$4,500 per month with a three-month minimum. We provide indicative SGD ranges during initial consultations — final quotes depend on scope, timeline and resource requirements.
Do you work online, in-person, or both?
Both. Discovery workshops and creative reviews often happen at our Marina Bay CBD studio. Execution, account management and performance reporting are delivered through secure collaboration tools. Clients across ASEAN frequently engage us remotely with periodic in-person sessions in Singapore. Campaign delivery adapts to your marketing team's working preferences while maintaining structured reporting cadence.
How often do you report on campaign performance?
Reporting cadence depends on engagement format. Retainer clients receive monthly performance reporting as standard, with optional weekly summaries during active paid media bursts. Project-based campaigns include milestone reports at each campaign phase. Our performance dashboard covers agreed KPIs — impressions, clicks, conversions, cost metrics and lead generation events where tracked. We interpret data honestly without guaranteeing specific commercial outcomes.
What SGD pricing bands should we expect?
Indicative ranges: half-day brand audit S$2,800–S$4,200; go-to-market programme S$8,500–S$18,000; integrated campaign S$15,000–S$35,000; monthly retainer S$4,500–S$12,000. Paid media management carries a separate agency fee plus your media spend budget. All figures are estimates — we provide itemised quotes after reviewing your marketing brief. SGD budgets are planned transparently with no hidden platform markups.
What is your refund and scope-change policy?
Deposits for confirmed project starts are non-refundable once work commences, as stated in our service agreement. Scope changes requested mid-project are assessed for timeline and fee impact before proceeding. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. We document all scope amendments in writing to protect both parties. Detailed terms appear in our Terms of Service.
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
PitchNexus Pte. Ltd. complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We collect only data necessary for service delivery and communication. Contact form submissions require explicit consent before processing. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. See our full Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights.
What services do you NOT provide?
We do not guarantee ROI, revenue, lead volume, ranking positions or viral reach. We do not display fake Google Partner or Meta Business Partner badges. We do not offer SEO spam, link schemes or black-hat tactics. We do not provide investor fundraising advisory, life coaching, wellness programmes, crypto trading signals or get-rich-quick marketing courses. We are a campaign marketing agency — not a web-design-only shop without strategy.
Which platforms and tools do you use?
We work across major advertising and analytics platforms as appropriate to each client's needs. Marketing automation integrations include HubSpot and Mailchimp where relevant. We are certified-platform specialists where applicable but do not claim partner status unless a current, verifiable programme membership exists. Platform policies and algorithms change — campaigns require ongoing optimisation and professional judgment rather than set-and-forget automation.
